Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Nasir Restaurant, we operate a buy food and donate food initiative. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Cancellations

Once a payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled. Food preparation and distribution planning begins shortly after confirmation.

2. No Refunds

All payments made on this website are non-refundable. Since the amount paid is used for food preparation and distribution, refunds are not possible once the order is processed.

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of:

  • A failed transaction
  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error

The excess amount, if received by Nasir Restaurant, will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, after verification.

4. Payment Gateway Issues

Nasir Restaurant is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by the payment gateway, bank, or network issues. Any such matters should be first raised with the respective bank or payment provider.

5. Incorrect Amount or Details

Customers are requested to verify the order amount and details before completing the payment. Nasir Restaurant shall not be liable for refunds due to incorrect selections or entries made by the user.
